Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so unlike most other special occasion retailers we accept returns for a refund, exchange or store credit ( Note -This only applies to items purchased online).
Our store credit never expires.
Our Return Policy does not apply to Special Orders, Bridal or Bridesmaid Collections.
With our Return's Policy, all we ask is that you send the items back to us in perfect condition, unworn and with the tamper tags still attached. Then simply follow the return instructions listed below. We take pride in our quality products and service and we value our relationship with you. Our goal is to make the returns process as simple as possible to make sure you look and feel your best for your big event.
IN- STORE RETURNS POLICY
For all items purchased from the shop floor we are happy to offer an exchange or credit note within 7 days of purchase. With full proof of receipt.

All items purchased to be ordered into store are final purchase and can not be cancelled/ returned or refunded.
If your event has been cancelled, unfortunately we are unable to provide a refund as all deposits are non- refundable
All of our dresses are sized according to each designer’s specifications; therefore, the size you normally wear may not be the size you would wear in a dress from our site. Before you choose your size, we recommend looking at the size chart for the dress you are interested in to make sure you are choosing the best size for your measurements. To make sure you are getting the best size, click on What’s my size? link next to the size option of your dress of choice & please go by your largest measurement.
RETURN FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND
Please contact us by email within 3 days of receiving your order to request your Return Authorization Number (RA #). Please indicate that you want to exchange your purchase, and note the designer name, new style, colour, size requested and your wear date. Please ship your return within 3 days of receiving your RA #.
RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT
Please contact us by email within 3 days of receiving your order to request your Return Authorization Number (RA #). Please indicate that you want to receive a Store Credit. A Store Credit will be issued once your return is received and inspected.
• Returns must be shipped back to us within 3 days of receiving your (RA#). You may use the shipping carrier of your choice for your return. All returns must be insured by the shipping carrier and sent “signature required”.
• Please have your RA # clearly printed on the outside of the box. All products must be in the condition you received them and items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in perfect condition, with the original product tags attached and garment bag intact to be accepted as a return. Any items that appear to have been worn or altered will be returned to you.
• We are not able to accept returns for undergarments or body shapers.
• Processing time for Returns is up to 10 business days. Once processed, the exchange or store credit will be applied to your order. Our Store Credit never expires.
PLEASE NOTE : SPECIAL ORDERS & BRIDAL AND BRIDESMAID COLLECTIONS
• Due to the nature of special orders we cannot accommodate any request for exchanges or returns, Garments that are not held in stock, and have to be ordered in also are not applicable for a return or refund. These styles are specifically manufactured for your event. We recommend that you confirm the style, size, colour and other specifications before submitting your order.
